Return & Refund Policy

1. If the item you have recently purchased from us for some reason doesn't fit you or you have changed your mind you can choose from our choices above.
  • 100% store credit via personal discount code. Just apply your personal code in the next order and the amount will be automatically been removed.
  • Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order.
  • Exchange with another piece. If you want to replace it with something else available, then you need to inform us in advance in order to keep your new item reserved for you.
    In that case just email us at info@karma-closet.com .
2. Pack it back to the original package you have received it with the price tag and the receipt and return it in a 5-day space from the date you received it.
For exhanges you have to contact us in order to schedule to send it back to us with DHL a pick-up for you.
For returns you are free to use any postal service you prefer or you can contact us in order to schedule with DHL a pick-up for you.

 As soon as we receive it we'll proceed to the fulfilment of your request. Once it's completed we’ll send you a confirmation mail to inform you about.
Don’t forget to check your junk mail from time to time, as sometimes our emails have the tendency to land in there.
 
HAVE IN MIND:
In that case products are not refundable and can only be exchanged with other products on sale or products from the currently available collection. Customer is responsible for covering any difference in prices between the two products. We suggest to consult our Size Chart so to be guided enough on the best choice for you.
   
DELIVERY COST
All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.
For customers the return delivery cost moves from 5.00€ to 10.00€. For International Customers the delivery cost is fixed at 20.00€ if you use our prepaid DHL voucher and will be deducted from your refund.

Important notice: We do not accept returns sent with NO TRACKING NUMBER AVAILABLE, because items are often lost or seriously delayed.
